Commonwealth prepared permit applications and supporting documents for activities associated with rebuilding 20 miles of the Melmore – Tiffin Center and Tiffin – Fremont Center 138 kV transmission lines in Seneca and Sandusky counties, Ohio. Responsibilities included access route planning and design, soil erosion and sedimentation control planning and design, road access permit application preparation, wetland and stream assessment report development, and participation in site meetings with AEP and their contractors. Commonwealth conducted field investigations to identify and survey wetlands and other surface waters, and to identify potential habitat for threatened and endangered species.
