Commonwealth prepared permit application documents for activities associated with reconductoring and replacing structures along 50 miles of the Sporn – Muskingum River 345 kV line and Waterford 345 kV Extension in the Ohio counties of Meigs, Athens, Washington, and Morgan, and the West Virginia county of Mason. Responsibilities encompassed access route planning and design, soil erosion and sedimentation control planning and design, pull/splice/tensioner site identification, areas of ecological concern report development, and participation in site meetings with AEP and their contractors.

Commonwealth conducted multiple field investigations over a 3-month period to identify and survey wetlands and streams, and to identify potential habitat for threatened and endangered species.
